CQI 8 - Layered Processes Audit
Mô tả
Effective process compliance management requires the identification of common and special sources of variation. Examples of special causes of variation may include failure of shift personnel to follow the process as documented. Examples of common causes of variation may include an inadequate FMEA for the manufacturing process. Once the sources of variation are identified, designed corrective actions must be implemented and maintained and must be effective. Some of the factors that determine process variation are: machinery/equipment, materials, methods, labor and measurement.
Because LPA's are performed at the site where the process is being executed, they facilitate continuous two-way communication between management and the users and operators of the process. These interactions build trust and demonstrate ownership in the work being done well.
