ID 441: FMEA - Refresher Workshop on Harmonized AIAG-VDA FMEA
VDA QMC and AIAG, with the participation of SAE International, published a first joint FMEA standard in June of 2019. It serves to prevent defects and increase technical safety. It reduces complexity in international quality management and sets a global standard. In this workshop, you will learn about the innovations and changes involved in the harmonization process and receive tips on how to apply them.
Aim

- You will be familiar with the changes and innovations to FMEA in the training of harmonization.
- You will know how to carry out the harmonized FMEA in a technically correct manner.

- Step 1: Planning
- Step 2: Structure analysis
- Step 3: Function analysis
- Step 4: Failure analysis
- Step 5: Risk analysis
- Step 6: Optimization
- Step 7: Documentation
- New: Special characteristic, MSR FMEA.
- Eight weeks after the attendance date: final webinar to exchange experiences and clarify open questions.
