Cancellation Policy
Please read the following information before submitting your registration!
With submitting the registration, you agree to the following cancellation policies. The submission
creates a legally binding contract with our company.
GAB reserves the right to cancel any class due to low enrollment and/or other circumstances beyond the
control of GAB.
In the event that a class is cancelled, all registered attendees will be notified no
less than 5 business days before the scheduled class date. GAB is not responsible for airfare, lodging or
other related expenses incurred on behalf of class registrants.
Usually the participants will get about
3 weeks prior to the Training date an invitation letter with further information about Training facilities
and lodging. There is no further confirmation information from GAB Group to the participants.
If
Prepayment is asked for, the participant is obliged to pay the Training fee before the scheduled Training
date evidenced by payment slip or incoming payment on our named account as stated on the invoice.
Alternatively, there might be a signed Purchase Order of the ordering company available.
GAB reserves
the right to reject the participation, if requested Pre-Payment is not done on requested time.
Please
refer to the individual invoice, which the participants will get at earliest possible time to get the
information about payment method.
A late or missing invoice does not delete the contract and the
cancellation rules still apply as described below.
Requests for cancellations by the participant must be submitted in writing and emailed to
info@gab-global.com
Registrations cancelled by the participants 14 or more business days prior to the
course date will receive a refund for the amount of the class.
Registrations cancelled by the
participants less than 14 business days prior to the course date, as well as registrants who do not attend
their scheduled course, have o pay the full registration fee. Substitutions are permitted at any time.
