Description

The training provides the basics for the approval of vehicles and vehicle parts.
The focus here is in particular on the EU Framework Regulation EU 2018/858, which will come into force in 2019.

Participants will learn how European legislation fits into the hierarchy of standards between national laws and international or UNECE regulations. For beginners, the introduction to the subject is facilitated by explaining the historical development of vehicle regulations and the subsequent harmonisation of regulations.

Experienced participants will also get their money's worth here, as the (EU) 2018/858 brings with it many new requirements that will be discussed during the training. Quiz questions, practical exercises and enough free space for discussions promote the exchange between the participants and help to consolidate the newly acquired knowledge.

Aim

The training serves as the first stage for a full qualification, but is self-contained and can therefore also be booked individually without leaving any questions unanswered.

Target audience

This training is suitable for beginners but can also be conducted to raise awareness among managers.

Qualification Certificate
