In the automotive industry, development times are becoming shorter and shorter.

At the same time, the complexity of international projects is increasing. Intensive collaboration between customers and suppliers along the entire supply chain is crucial.

In this training, you will be familiar with the success factors of target-oriented supplier selection, qualification and development as well as processes and methods in supplier management.

Aim

• Getting familiar with the benefits of supplier management processes.
• Be able to design the processes in supplier management in a technically correct manner.
• Be able to apply the basic methods in supplier management.
• Be able to explain the necessary activities and tasks with their respective objectives, evaluation and application options from the product creation process to training management and execute or design them accordingly.
• Be able to describe the role of supplier management in the supply chain and in company processes and define its content.
