In this one-day course you will learn the structure and contents of Automotive SPICE®.
You will receive case studies of a concrete automotive project and thus gain a practical understanding of the standard. Based on this case study, you will learn how all company levels are involved in Automotive SPICE® and how you can identify strengths and weaknesses.
You will learn to evaluate important processes and derive improvements from them, aligning them with your business, project and staff goals.
Through "learning by doing" you will understand how Automotive SPICE® can be applied meaningfully in the assessment and planning of improvement projects. SPICE is not meant to be understood as a theoretical framework here, but to serve as a guideline for implementation in your company through practical experience.
