Many companies operate a quality management system in their organisation in order to meet customer requirements as well as legal and regulatory requirements.
At the end of the 1980s, a generally applicable ISO standard was developed for this purpose, the ISO 9001 ff series of standards, which was interpreted by the automotive industry in various versions.
Since 1999, the International Automotive Task Force (IATF) has defined the requirements of ISO 9001 together with the specific additional requirements of the automotive industry as a quality management system for the automotive supply chain in IATF 16949.
These additional requirements are clearly taught in the online training as self-study.
At the end of the online training, a test is available to check for yourself what knowledge growth has taken place. When the test is completed, the participant receives a certificate.
