Special Process: CQI-11 Plating System Assessment

If you are interested in Plating System Evaluation, this course covers the tools that are the basis of evaluating this special process. The session is not designed to be technical in nature of the special plating process itself.

The activities of this training are designed for:

• Ensure the correct interpretation of the requirements of CQI-11 "Special Processes: Platinum System Evaluation".
• Improve the management of Platinado's manufacturing processes, with a focus on defect prevention and continuous quality improvement.

To provide a common language for Plating processes for original or service parts or components.

Aim

• Identify the main changes and improvements made in the 3rd Edition vs 2nd Edition.
• Understand the essential requirements of CQI-11 and identify possible ways to comply (evidence) with the requirements of the 3rd Edition of CQI-11.
• Identify and apply auditing techniques, including qualitative and quantitative sampling necessary for the generation of reliable and realistic diagnoses.
• Improve the structuring and description of the deficiencies and nonconformities detected.

Prerequisites for participation

None

Target audience

Manufacturing and quality engineers, internal auditors of special processes, heat treatment process supervisors, heat treatment process quality technicians and inspectors, and anyone involved in heat treatment implementation, maintenance and/or compliance.

Qualification Certificate

After passing the test at the end of the training, participants will receive a certificate of qualification.
