- Understand the essential requirements of the CQI-17 and identify possible ways of compliance (evidence)
- Identify and apply audit techniques, including the qualitative and quantitative sampling necessary for the generation of reliable and realistic diagnoses.
- Improve the structuring and description of the deficiencies and non-conformities detected.
- Align the qualification of internal auditors to the competency level of the best CQI-17 auditors.
Content
- Introduction.
1. Ensure the correct interpretation of the requirements of CQI-17 “Special Process: Electronic Assembly Manufacturing - Soldering System Assessment”
2. Improve the management of soldering processes, with a focus on defect prevention and continuous improvement.
3. Provide a common language for soldering processes for original or service parts.
4. The session is not designed to be technical in nature of the special soldering process itself.

Prerequisites for participation
Basic soldering knowledge and or experience.
Target audience
Manufacturing and quality engineers, internal special process auditors, soldering process supervisors, soldering process quality technicians and inspectors and anyone involved in soldering implementation, maintenance and/or compliance.
Qualification Certificate
After passing the test at the end of the training, the participants will receive a certificate of attendance.
